Sistas 4A Cure (Print, 20" x 24")

Sistas 4A Cure is a painting that the Lord placed on my heart to create as a fund raiser for breast cancer. The funds were raised by individuals donating $1 per name.  The names in the pink represent those who are cancer angels.  The names written in black are cancer survivors and/or those who are currently going through breast cancer treatments.  I filled in names of celebrities who had breast cancer and drew hearts encased with "mom", "sister", etc.  The funds raised were donated to The Breakfast Club, a non-profit organization in St. Louis, MO (www.breakfastclubstl.org) that provides much needed support, supplies and education to breast cancer patients.  The two ribbons with no names in them are meant for whoever buys the print to put their personal names on the print.
