| “Seek Ye First…” “Seek Ye First…” is a depiction of President Barack Obama going before the Lord, Jesus Christ seeking wisdom and guidance as he enters the highest and most important position in America. “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand”, Ephesians 6:13. Obama’s red tie signifies the blood that was shed by Jesus. The washing of Jesus’ feet is a spiritual representation of respect, honor and humbleness. The flag in the background and the presidential seal are in black and white to signify that Obama is placing things in their proper perspective; God first, country, title and all other things follow.
